QUOTES & INVOICING

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the quote may require review and revised pricing.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote to schedule works. The deposit contributes towards costs and resources committed to the booking, including labour, equipment, hire, scheduling, and administration. If the customer cancels accepted works, the deposit may be retained by Xtreme Garden Care.
Prior to acceptance, customers must ensure the scope of works is correct and advise Xtreme Garden Care of any required changes. Additional or varied works will incur additional charges.

Xtreme Garden Care will take reasonable care and appropriate precautions when carrying out works to minimise the risk of damage to the customer's property and surrounding areas.
Where access or works require plant or equipment to travel across or operate on lawns, gardens, driveways, paving, concrete or other finished surfaces, the customer acknowledges that ground disturbance, tyre or track marks, rutting, cracking or other surface damage may occur, particularly where ground conditions are soft, wet, unstable or unable to support the weight of the equipment.
Customers must advise Xtreme Garden Care of any known underground or concealed services, including irrigation, pool plumbing, electrical, NBN/Telstra, drainage, sewerage and water services, and provide relevant plans where available. Xtreme Garden Care will not be responsible for damage to unidentified, incorrectly identified or undisclosed services or infrastructure.

Stump grinding may encounter concealed materials including rocks, concrete, metal, underground services or other foreign objects, which may become projectiles during the grinding process. While reasonable precautions are taken to minimise risk, customers must advise Xtreme Garden Care of any known hazards, services or concealed materials within the work area.
Stumps will be ground as close as reasonably practicable to fences, buildings, services, and other obstructions. Removal of excess stump grindings is not included unless specifically quoted and may incur additional charges.

Quoted pricing may be based on works being completed together. Where only part of a quotation is accepted, individual item pricing may be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
