QUOTES & INVOICING
- Quotes are valid for 30 days only. After this time your quote is no longer valid and will need to be revised. This may add additional costs.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit on acceptance of quote is required to schedule work (This covers costs incurred by the business for late cancellation, including but not limited to, lost income, payable wages, hire costs and additional administration costs). By accepting this quote, you agree that you are aware and accepting that your 20% deposit will be retained by Xtreme Garden Care in the event that you, the customer, cancels the work acceptance.
- Prior to accepting our quote, please ensure the scope of works in the description is correct. It is the customers responsibility to inform Xtreme Garden Care prior to scheduled works if any scope of work requires alteration.
- Additional work not detailed in work order will incur charges payable by customer listed on invoice.
- While every effort is taken to minimise any potential damage to property, such as: roofing, fences, concrete, lawned areas, windows and garden beds, due to the requirement of using heavy machinery and tree limbs dropping, we will not accept responsibility for: damaged concrete or pavers, wheel tyre ruts left in lawned area, broken windows, damaged fencing/screening or the accessories attached, cracked roof tiles/dented roof sheeting or fascia, damaged garden beds or damages to NBN/Telstra/Irrigation/pool pipes/cables etc: unless approved plans are received prior to any excavation or stump grinding, Xtreme Garden Care will hold NO responsibility for damages that may occur as listed above and will NOT be liable for any repairs required.
- In the event that neighbouring property incurs accidental damages, these will be the responsibility of the listed customer to compensate said damages.
- Individual prices could change if only partial quote is accepted.
